Sample Production

We can offer a sample production on a small scale. Here we check the compatibility with our machines, processing of the powder mixtures and filling process and quantities for capsules.

With new raw materials, another focus is whether the liquid capsules remain sealed after production and whether the raw material used does not attack the capsule shell.

Based on the sample production, you as the customer have the opportunity to influence the production process again. This can be a change in the filling quantity or the selection of an alternative format set.

When the samples are approved by the customer, the production process can start. A sample production is not always necessary for recurring products, but only when the formulation or recipe changes.

The recipes and formulations can also be checked and evaluated by our external food experts.

A sample production takes place against expense and will be charged with the order.
