Biopharmatec GmbH is a successful and ambitious family business based in Worms, which specializes in the development and manufacture of high-quality and innovative products in the field of dietary supplements.
We are currently looking for a motivated and committed employee (m/f/d) in quality management to join our friendly and welcoming QM team.
Your tasks:
- Your main task will be to contribute to the development, implementation and continuous optimization of our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, IFS, HACCP & organic guidelines
- You will be involved in the planning and preparation of ISO 9001 and HACCP certification and recertification
- You will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, carrying out and recording internal and external product and process audits
- You evaluate quality and process indicators and initiate appropriate measures in collaboration with the team
- You take on the planning and implementation of internal employee training on the topics of hygiene, food law and quality standards
- You create specifications, quality reports and verification documentation for customers, authorities and certification bodies
- You will also be responsible for creating process instructions and work instructions for the production and warehouse departments
Your profile:
- You have a degree in food technology, ecotrophology, biotechnology or are in possession of a comparable qualification
- In addition, you can demonstrate initial relevant professional experience in quality management
- You have a sound knowledge of EU food hygiene regulations, HACCP guidelines and other relevant standards (IFS, ISO 900, organic)
- You are familiar with the common MS Office applications as a matter of course
- You are business fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
- They are characterized by a pronounced level of quality and hygiene awareness
- You have a conscientious and structured way of working
- Good communication skills and a well-groomed appearance round off your profile
- Possession of a class B driving license is an advantage
