We can offer a sample production on a small scale. Here we check the compatibility with our machines, processing of the powder mixtures and filling process and quantities for capsules.<\/p>\n
With new raw materials, another focus is whether the liquid capsules remain sealed after production and whether the raw material used does not attack the capsule shell.<\/p>\n
Based on the sample production, you as the customer have the opportunity to influence the production process again. This can be a change in the filling quantity or the selection of an alternative format set.<\/p>\n
When the samples are approved by the customer, the production process can start. A sample production is not always necessary for recurring products, but only when the formulation or recipe changes.<\/p>\n
The recipes and formulations can also be checked and evaluated by our external food experts.<\/p>\n
A sample production takes place against expense and will be charged with the order.<\/p>\n
